Join our 7-week Beginner Bootcamp to get up to speed with our Strength & Conditioning program!
Over this 7-week Bootcamp, members will learn our foundational movements as well as improve their strength and conditioning to progress them towards attending our regular classes.
WHEN: Next Session Starts Tuesday, November 1st - 4 time slots to choose from:
Tuesday & Thursday - 7:30- 8:30 am
Tuesday & Thursday - 6:30 -7:30 pm
WHO: Open to ALL skill levels, ages 12 +
PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- 7 Weeks of Strength & Conditioning Classes ( 14 Classes Total)
- 30-Day Nutrition Program
- Access to the locker room, steam, sauna, and towel service
- Access to Kids Club, additional fees apply
