What is the Better Body Challenge (BBC)?
The BBC 8-week team fitness and nutrition challenge is focused on a full-body transformation through our Rev Fat Loss Group Personal Training classes and Kelly Carter's Food Freedom nutrition program.  The challenge is designed to get you long-lasting results.  It is not all about losing weight, but gaining strength and develop healthy eating habits that will be life-changing. 

NEW This Year: Get results with the addition of Nutrition Guidance from Registered Nutritionist Kelly Carter. Have the support to be successful. 

How to Sign Up?
Get a friend or loved one to be your partner in crime!.  One person on the team must be a non-member of HRC. Due to the reduced capacity, there will be a lottery registration.

Enter your team online between Monday, April 5 - Wednesday, April 7. Successful teams will be notified on April 8.

 

It is only 8 weeks of your life, but could have a life-changing impact!

  • Challenge includes:

    Grand Prize $2,000

    4 REV workouts per week (Total 32 Rev Classes) 

    Unlimited use of the main gym

    8 Week Kelly Carter Nutrition Program including 2 meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, weekly nutrition topics, and much more!

    Facebook group for community support and motivation

    Lots of prizes

     

    Price:  $299 + HST   (Current Rev Members $99) 

    Note: Active HRC members may put their membership on hold during the challenge if the member doesn't plan to utilize their full membership.
