If your looking to try something new this year to really help reach your goals, then look no further than HRC’s Rev program.  Rev is a 60 minute full body workout that will help you reach your goals whether it be weight loss, become stronger or just overall become a healthier person.  Here are a few other awesome reasons to try Rev:

Why Better Body Challenge?

If REV sounds interesting then you are in luck, HRC is running there 7th annual Better Body Challenge this January 2020.  With this challenge teams of 3 will compete for the overall grand prize of $3000!!!  Challenges are a great way to really kick off the new year to tackle your new year’s resolutions!  Need more convincing? Here are a few other reasons to join the Better Body Challenge

  • Accountability, you and your 2 friends will help keep each other motivated
  • Before and after results to see how well you improved over the 8 weeks
  • Nutritional advice to help you get over that hump
