If your looking to try something new this year to really help reach your goals, then look no further than HRC’s Rev program.  Rev is a 60 minute full body workout that will help you reach your goals whether it be weight loss, become stronger or just overall become a healthier person.  Here are a few other awesome reasons to try Rev:

  • We take the guesswork out of exercise and provide energy and motivation

Why Better Body Challenge?

If REV sounds interesting then you are in luck, we are running our 8th annual Better Body Challenge this January 2021.  With this challenge teams of 2 will compete for the overall grand prize of $2,000!!!  Challenges are a great way to really kick off the new year to tackle your new year’s resolutions!  Need more convincing?
