Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients
• 1 ½ cups steeped green tea
• 1 to 1 ½ cups baby spinach
• 1 lemon, juiced
• ½ avocado
• 1 small banana
• ½ cup frozen blueberries
• 1 scoop collagen or protein powder


Brew up 1 ½ cups green tea and steep for 3 minutes. Place tea in the freezer for the time being. In a blender add all ingredients above and the cooled green tea. Blend for 45 seconds until all ingredients are smooth.
