Camp registration opens November 1, 2020
3 Options to Register:
Due to the Ministry of Health guidelines for cohorting we are unable to offer before or aftercare this summer!
The Program Fee includes;
Camper Age: 4-12 years of age
Campers will be in groups of 8 or less and will be arranged based on sibling and age.
Parents may request campers be grouped with friends and we will do our best to accommodate, but can not guarantee due to COVID-19 requirements.
Additional information regarding our new health & safety processes will be provided to registered families in an All About Camp document before the camp start date.

Although summer day camps are exempted from WDG Public Health Unit Class 22 Order, campers will be required to wear a mask indoors for certain activities that do not allow physical or social distancing.
A face covering can be a mask, scarf, bandana, other cloth covering or non-surgical paper mask as long as it covers your camper’s nose and mouth.
Programming has been designed to reduce the need for face coverings, but some situations will require one.

Campers are not required to wear a face mask while at camp as per Dufferin-Wellington Health Unit Face Covering Class Order.
Parents are encouraged to discuss with their children the importance of social distancing when possible and the need to keep all campers and staff safe.
Winter Break Camp will allow small groups of kids to enjoy fun and creative physically-distanced sports, games and crafts this winter, with activities held outdoors whenever possible.
Cancellation requests must be made at least 10 business days before the start date of your child’s camp.
All cancellations are subject to a 15% administration fee per camp and per child cancelled. If you wish to cancel your child’s camp within 10 business days of the camp’s start date, you will be charged 50% of the total fee. There are no refunds for cancellations requested after the start date of your child’s camp.
Camp transfer requests must be made at least 5 business days before the start date of your child’s camp. Requests will be considered based on availability within the requested camps. There is an administration fee of $25.00 per camp/per child for each transfer.
