Bri Bull

Bri has worked in the fitness world for nearly 30 years.  She is a Canfitpro Personal Trainer, who is a Certified JOGA Coach, Yoga Instructor and trained in Thai Yoga Therapy.  She has also taught several Group Fitness classes.  Bri believes there’s an intersection for all of us where our passion meets our gifts and abilities. For Bri those are people and exercise.  As a mother of four grown kids, she has learned what works best for her own body in terms of exercise efficiency.  Bri understands the challenges we face in making exercise a priority. She thinks that the trend in exercise has moved towards efficiency simply because no one has time to waste wandering around the weight room!

Bri uses a variety of modalities ie. strength, functional training with yoga and JOGA in her sessions to train sports teams, everyday athletes and beginners in mobility, stability, strength and motor control. Her motto is “You don’t have to spend endless hours working out to get the results you want, you just have to be honest and intentional about it!”
