Linda is a lifelong fitness enthusiast who has participated in sports ranging from distance running and martial arts to CrossFit. She shared her passion with friends and family who would come to her for fitness advice in her home gym for almost 10 years before becoming a CrossFit and HIIT coach 5 years ago. She also spent many years as a Karate instructor.
Linda believes safety and quality of movement are paramount to a successful fitness journey and that fitness comes in all shapes and sizes. She brings thoughtful instruction and careful observation to her coaching. She will find ways to modify movements to accommodate any level of fitness or injury and help you celebrate every win however small.
Her favorite mantra is “if it doesn’t challenge you it won’t change you”. Linda is also a volunteer Firefighter with the Town of Caledon.
