Staci first became involved in fitness because of a personal health issue. While on her own fitness journey, not only was she able to restore her own health and accomplish more than she ever dreamed possible, but she also discovered a passion for helping others do the same! She genuinely believes in inspiring, supporting and encouraging people to realize their own potential. Her motto for life is“Movement is Medicine!”. She is a certified personal trainer, Healthy Eating & Weight Loss Coach as well as a Black Belt Level Kickboxing Instructor. She has worked diligently in the fitness industry for 10 years and has earned many fitness certifications to bring the best education possible to her clients. Staci would be more than happy to assist you in achieving your fitness dreams!
