Trisha is a Certified Personal Trainer and Kinesiology graduate from Brock University, who has spent the past 4 years dedicated to learning about exercise prescription, physiology, and healthy living across the lifespan. Trisha comes from a diverse background, having experience working with a variety of populations; from cardiac rehabilitation to spinal cord injuries, high-performance athletes, and those who are just looking to improve their overall fitness!
As a Personal Trainer, Trisha understands the importance of creating programs that are unique to each individual. Past injuries, occupation, muscle imbalances, mobility issues, and more are all factors that are involved in human movement and are all taken into account when looking to improve performance.
Trisha is constantly working to improve her knowledge of the human anatomy and strengthening the musculoskeletal framework and is currently studying to become an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
Trisha understands how life can get hectic and motivation can rise and fall, but what she tells all of her clients is to just show up for themselves, every single day.
