First Time Logging in?

CLUB AUTOMATION

If you have never logged in to HRC Online Services, you can access your information by going to logging in here and then clicking on access my account. 

If you have issues with this please contact the front desk.

 

GUESTS - OLS 

New guests to the club must create an account in-person at the Front Desk or by calling.  All new accounts require a guest waiver to be signed. 

If you or your child has participated in programs in the past you may already have an account. Please follow the first time logging in instructions above. 


Forgot Your Password?

You can click forgot my password and it will email you how to reset your password. 

 

If you need help logging in, please call the Front Desk at 519-942-2255 during operating hours.

Reserving a Tennis Court

  1. Log into your member account here
  2. Under Tennis  Click Reserve a court
  3. Select the date, time, and number of hours and who you will be playing with.
  4. Review available times and click "Book It" for the time you wish to book. 
  5. Congratulations, your reservation is now complete!

A few things to remember:

  • All participants must be added at the time of the reservation. If for some reason they are not, please check with the front desk prior to your reservation time.

Reserving a Squash Court

  1. Log into your member account here
    1. Under Squash  Click Reserve a Court 
  2. Select the date, time, and who you plan on playing with.
  3. Review available times and click "Book It" for the time you wish to book. 
  4. Add friends to the booking and Click "Book Court Now"
  5. Congratulations, your reservation is now complete!

General Cancellation Policy 

Reservations canceled more than 12 hours of the start time are free.

Reservations canceled within 12 hours of the start time, will be charged a $10 cancellation fee per person in the booking.  Fees are charged to the Host.  

To cancel a court reservation log in here, find your book, and click Cancel.
