Reserving a Tennis Court

  1. Log into your member account here
  2. Click Court Reservation
  3. Click Tennis 
  4. Choose between Prime Time, Non-Prime Time, Off Time or Outdoor Court
  5. Choose the desired date, highlight the service name (Eg. Indoor Court – Non-Prime Time), your court preference (or select all), duration
  6. Hit Search
  7. Click on your desired time from the calendar below
  8. Review all policies and click “accept”
  9. Select your name (and select HOST beside your name), and the name of all other participants (if a participant doesn’t appear in your list, see “Adding/Removing Buddies” below)
  10. Select “Continue to Cart”
  11. Congratulations, your reservation is now complete!

A few things to remember:

  • All participants must be added at the time of the reservation. If for some reason they are not, please check with the front desk prior to your reservation time.
  • You can view all of your upcoming reservations online by going to:
  • Account Information > Account Summary > Current Reservation

Reserving a Squash Court

  1. Log into your member account here
  2. Click Court Reservations
  3. Click Squash 
  4. Click Squash Court Booking/ Court Reservatiosn 
  5. Choose the desired date and click continue
  6. Click on your desired time from the calendar below and click continue
  7. Review all policies and click “accept”
  8. Select your name (and select HOST beside your name), and the name of your partner (if a participant doesn’t appear in your list, see “Adding/Removing Buddies” below).  Only two people per bookings. Solo bookings must be booked through the Front Desk. 
  9. Select “Continue to Cart”
  10. Congratulations, your reservation is now complete!

Adding/Removing Buddies

If your buddy does not show up on your list, you can also Add/Remove Buddies by
following these steps:

  1. Log into your member account here
  2. Click on Account Information
  3. Select My Buddy List
  4. Too add a buddy, You must know their first name, last name and email address they have on file at HRC
  5.  Once you have added them to your list, they will remain on your list
  6. To remove a buddy, simply select their name, and click “Remove Buddy”

General Cancellation Policy 

Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours of the start time are free.

Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the start time, will be charged a $10 cancellation fee per person in the booking.  Fees are charged to the Host.
