Kids and Parents Love Headwaters Kids Club
Kids Club is a high-quality on-site child minding service that provides parents with the opportunity to utilize the club for workouts, programs, and appointments.

What does my child do at Kids Club?
Toys, dress-up chest, crafts, board games, and much more! Homework Evenings - Bring your homework and we can all do it together! Don't have homework? We have all kinds of trivia, puzzles, and activity sheets for us to practice and play with.
Who can participate?
Infant to 12 years old age.
Do we need to be members?
Kids Club is open to members and non-members that are utilizing the Club. Parents are required to be on the premises at all times.
Parents must always sign their children in and out of Kids Club.
Kids Club is a nut-aware room! Please ensure all snacks and drinks are nut free.
Kids Club is an hourly service. There is a 15-minute grace period, after which a full second (or third) hour will be charged.
Please show proof of payment prior to picking up your child. Please hand in your receipt showing full payment or present your kids club card PRIOR to picking up your child.
Kids Club staff have the authority to turn sick children away. Please respect the other children in kids club by keeping your sick child at home. Sickness spreads quickly.
Kids Club is a "Hands Off" room. Please ensure your child knows that rough housing, hitting, pushing or other aggressive behaviours will not be tolerated.
Kids Club is a bully free zone, hurtful words or actions will not be tolerated.
There is a 3 hour maximum limit for each child in kids club.
Parents must remain at HRC at all times when their child is in Kids Club.
All supplies required by the child (snacks, drinks, diapers, wipes, etc.) are the responsibility of the parent. Please bring all supplies each visit.
Kids Club staff will contact the parent if necessary during the child's visit to Kids Club.
