Group Active is a simple and athletic program drawing from all four elements of fitness: cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility. Group Active is perfect if you are new to exercise or have not exercised in a long time. Also ideal for the super busy and fit who need to get it all - cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility.
Group Centergy is an athletic mind-body program including fundamentals from Yoga and Pilates set to emotive music. Group Centergy is a perfect way to improve balance, mobility, flexibility, and strength. It puts back all that we take out and really centers your energy. It's ideal to be your workout of choice or add it once a week to your current workouts to reinvigorate the mind and body.
Group Core is a 30-minute athletic and functional core strength workout. Group Core strengthens everything from your shoulders to your hips to make you stronger, quicker, and faster in all you do.
