Challenge runs from April 19- June 11, 2021
Challenge Includes:

  • 8 Week Kelly Carter Nutrition Program including 2 meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, weekly nutrition topics and much more!


Team Format:
  • Teams of 2 
  • A minimum of 1 team member must be a non-HRC member
  • Examples:
    • 1 REV members + 1 Non-HRC Member
    • 1 Fitness members + 1 Non-HRC Member
    • 2 Non-HRC Members


Prizes Awarded To:
  • 1st Place Team -Biggest transformation -Cash Prize: $2,000 
  • Biggest Overall Loser- Cash Prize:  $500 
  • 2nd & 3rd place teams prizes 
  • Additional prizes are drawn on Awards Night


How You Are Judged:

Your team is judged on the net difference in body composition. For example, if you lose 10 pounds of fat and gain 2 pounds of muscle mass your net difference is 12lbs. However, if you lose 10 pounds of fat and you also lose 2 pounds of muscle mass your net difference is 8 lbs. Muscle loss counts against fat loss. This prevents people from
starvation dieting and encourages exercise. We will be using our Inbody professional body composition analyzer to ensure accuracy.


Registration Rules:
Online Lottery Registration:
Monday, April 5 @ 9:00 AM- Wednesday, April 7 @ 10:00 PM. 
Due to reduced capacity, all registered teams will be put into a random lottery.  All drawn teams (whether successful or not) will be contacted by email on Thursday, April 8. 
Payment will be processed following the lottery draw and a receipt will be emailed to the participant. 



Contest Rules:
  • This contest is a team of 2 contestants (Min. 1 non-HRC member).
  • All contestants must complete a registration form and sign a waiver.
  • To win, you must complete a minimum of 2 REV classes per week (16 total). 
  • To win, you must complete a weekly Kelly Carter nutrition topic online quiz.
  • Each contestant must participate in the mandatory Initial Weigh-In, Mid Way Check-In, Final Weigh In.
  • Each participant must allow HRC to take a picture at the Initial Weigh-In and Final Weigh-In.
  • Contestants are encouraged to participate in a maximum of 4 REV workouts weekly (32 REV Workouts total) during the contest. A combination of strength and cardiovascular training which you get from REV is recommended to achieve maximal results.
  • Our week is considered Sunday to Saturday, excluding the first (Monday - Saturday) and last week of the challenge which will be Sunday - Friday.
  • A minimum of 15 teams must participate in order to run the contest. A full refund will be given to each participant if the minimum requirements are not met.

  • No refunds will be issued after the registration fee is paid, with the exception of the minimum requirements not being met.

  • Remember this is only 8 weeks of your life, give it your all, and don’t let yourself down.
