All members, guests, and spectators who access the Club's services are required to be fully vaccinated and show proof at the Front Desk. Member accounts will be updated to record proof has been shown and members will not be required to show proof each time. All guests will be required to show proof each visit. Clients accessing CoreRestore Physio and Spa Zone are not required to show proof to access those settings.
As of December 20, 2021, all youth 12-17 years of age will be required to be fully vaccinated to participate in organized sport and access the club.
As of January 4, 2022, all members, guests, and spectators will be required to present a vaccine certificate with a QR code (on a device or printed) so it can be checked using the Verify Ontario app. Member accounts will be updated and the proof will not be required to be provided each visit.
As of Jan. 10th, 2022, all members, guests, and spectators with a medical exemption will be required to present a QR code to enter the Club (physician notes will no longer be accepted).

MEMBER SAFETY ETIQUETTE
It is the responsibility of all members and staff to comply with the safety etiquette policy that has been implemented:
Are Masks Required?
Face masks/covering are required in all areas of the club except when in the act of exercising. Members and guests must wear a face covering when moving in between equipment and in between sets.
It is strongly recommended to bring something to store your mask while in the gym (i.e. brown paper lunch bag, sandwich bag, Tupperware container etc.)
Group Fitness classes have been modified to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members. Members should expect reduced class options and class sizes that will support social distancing and contact tracing measures.
Individual workout spots will be marked and members must stay within their designated spot.
STEP #1: SIGN UP PROCESS
All members must sign up for all group fitness classes via HRConline or by calling the Front Desk.
STEP #2: CHECK-IN PROCESS
Members are to arrive only 10 minutes prior to the start of their scheduled classes. Late arrivals will NOT be allowed entry into the class.
Members will check-in at the Front Desk and will proceed to their class. In class sign-in sheets are no longer required.
STEP #3: DURING & AFTER CLASS
Staff will set up all class equipment in designated spots at the beginning of each class in order to ensure social distancing is adhered to.
At the end of the class members will leave equipment and exit the studio immediately with the workout spots closest to the door exiting first.
Staff will clean and disinfect equipment and set-up for the next class.
Personal Training services will be available upon reopening. The following guidelines have been created to ensure we reduce the potential for contact between Client and Trainer.
Under the Ontario Emergency Order legislation, HRC must follow the Ontario Tennis Association's Return-to-Play guidelines. We will continue to make updates as restrictions are lifted.

General Playing Etiquette
We will continue to use HRCOnline. Players are also able to call Front Desk at 519-942-2255 for a tee time. Players who arrive at the Club without a tee-time may not be allowed to golf that day.
Kids Club will be temporary closed until further notice.
LOCKERS
Day-use lockers are available. To ensure cleanliness and physical distancing some day-use lockers have been closed.
Members are asked to leave the locker open after use and that will indicate to staff cleaning is required. Closed lockers indicate they are clean and ready for use.

SHOWERS
Showers are available for use and will be cleaned daily and disinfected twice daily. Members are required to bring their own towels.
WATER STATIONS
All water stations throughout the club are available for use. Members are encouraged to bring their own pre-filled water to workout with.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
Effective Wednesday, November 18th, all reservations must be cancelled with 12 hours notice online or a $15 cancellation fee per member will be charged to a member's account.

Effective July 16, 2021, the Club will be moving back to our standard freeze policy. Memberships may be put on hold due to extended illness or injury, long-term travel outside the area (min 1 month), and pregnancy. Students attending post-secondary education out of town may also apply for membership holds. Proof of enrollment is mandatory. Please Note: Holds can not be backdated and a hold fee is applicable to all membership holds and locker fees will still apply during the hold period.
