Ashley has been a passionate member of the HRC Fitness & Racquet Club community since 2012, where she leads dynamic group fitness classes and provides strength & conditioning coaching to help members reach their goals. With over 17 years of experience as a fitness trainer, Ashley specializes in resistance training, kickboxing, yoga-pilates fusion, and Pre- and Postnatal Corrective Exercise.
She holds an Honours Bachelor degree in Kinesiology from Western University and is both a Registered Kinesiologist and a Registered Massage Therapist. Her background in human movement, rehabilitation, and injury prevention gives her a unique ability to design safe, effective, and motivating workouts for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
Driven by her own pregnancy experiences, Ashley is especially passionate about empowering women to feel strong and confident during pregnancy and postpartum.
When she’s not coaching or teaching, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and four young boys, staying active outdoors, and getting competitive on family game nights.
