Fitness Director
Tyler Robbins

Tyler Robbins was brought on as the Fitness Director at HRC in the Fall of 2021. He brought with him over 12 years of Strength & Conditioning and management experience. Over the course of the previous 12 years, Tyler has coached and trained countless clients in one-on-one, small group, and large group/team settings – coaching everything from young children up to individuals 70+ years old. During that time, Tyler has amassed over 10,000+ coaching hours helping general population members all the way up to professional athletes.

With HRC, Tyler has begun re-framing what many consider to be the definition of health and fitness, and has built up the Headwaters Strength & Conditioning program, educating its members on the importance of strength training. Since its inception in February 2022, Headwaters Strength & Conditioning has grown into a thriving community which continues to this day.

In May 2024, Tyler was promoted to General Manager at HRC, where he continues to look to build and expand the community and environment that makes HRC such an incredible facility.
